Our Suppliers & Producers
We could not do it with out our local heroes. To the left is our butcher, Lew, judging sheep at Hailsham’s livestock market in Sussex.
We use British pulses, grains and seeds whenever possible. Amazing Badger Peas for our hummus and British quinoa and pearl barley for salads.
When available we source a lot of fruit and vegetables from local farms via Brighton’s T G Fruit Market
Our herb plants and seeds come from Jekka’s amazing nursery near Bristol.
Our local pick your own fruit farm, for the freshest, seasonal fruits.

The wonderful Einat brought her pitta oven over to Sussex from Israel. Myself and clients have never known pittas like them!
Mesto cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil comes from Vasilis family farm in Crete. We found and use his oil through a partnership Brighton based Cate.
A Sussex wholesaling institution with good principle and purpose. Supplies our cupboard ingredients and organic cereals, dried beans and pulses.
Growing a wide variety of potatoes, we use their buttery Yukon Gold and Pink Fir potatoes. As well as their homegrown Rapeseed oil for our dressings.
A community owned biodynamic farm on the edge of Ashdown Forest supplies us with amazing live yoghurt.

Susie is from a 4th generation organic egg farming family who really love what they do.
Our local Sussex family butcher, hand selecting the best local meat for us. Direct from farms or the last livestock market in Hailsham.
Founded in 1949, growing heritage varieties which they press, bottle and pack on the farm. We use both their apples and juice.
Gary goes to get effort sourcing his beans direct from farms around the world. Hand roasting them to ensure the highest quality bean and roast.
