Schedule: Full or Part Time / Monday to Saturday / Day Shifts Only (6 - 9 hrs)
Preferred minimum experience: Having worked within a busy hospitality environment for some time. If required we can provide barista training.

Service Assistants are important ambassadors for our company, providing a personal customer service that is as important as our locally sourced fresh cooked menus.

Self motivated team player with good communication skills with a genuine interest in customer service.

High level of personal hygiene and presentation.
Ability to properly engage in your daily work and stay focused during busy periods.
Main duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Serving snacks and taking drink orders at the service counter.
Conveying our menu and product stories with a good conversational tone.
Working in sync with the kitchen staff to ensure a regular flow of menu items.
Run out food to customer tables.
Simple food preparation and assembly.
General cleaning and managing the customer eating area.
Helping to set and close the service and customer areas.
